GAHANNA, Ohio -- Creekside Gahanna has a new buyer.

A motion was filed in Franklin County Common Pleas court to sell the $60-million, 360,000 square-foot mixed-use project on Mill Street.

The prospective buyer is led by East Lansing, Mich. based Strathmore Development Company. The proposed price is $10.5 million.

The sale must be approved by the court.

A spokesperson for the city of Gahanna told NBC4 it owns Creekside Park, the Plaza and the garage. None of these properties are involved in the process or the receivership and the city's assets are not changing hands.
